Pet Krewe Shipping Information

Pet Krewe offers a variety of shipping options to meet your needs!
All US orders qualify for free shipping. Please note, all transit days are an estimate and are not guaranteed for most services.
At checkout, you may have the option to choose UPS or USPS. Some shipping methods may not be available based on your area and weight of your shipment.
Orders are shipped same business day up to 5 P.M. CST*. Once you have received an email containing your shipping confirmation and tracking number, you can expect your order to arrive within the following time frames, dependent on your chosen shipping methods.
Standard Shipping - 3 to 5 business days*
Expedited Shipping - 1 to 3 business days*
Free Shipping - 5 to 7 business days*
International orders may take up to 3 weeks.*
Currently Pet Krewe offers international shipping, so you can receive your pet costumes to a number of different countries. Please view our checkout to see if your country is on our list. Economy International Mail excludes oversized products. Please allow at least 14 business days for Economy International Mail packages to arrive. Actual arrival times will vary depending on location. This option may not be available due to the size of your order.
Please note: If you are ordering outside the US please allow additional time for your order to get through customs. Pet Krewe is not responsible for any taxes or dues that may be associated with the shipment. Any and all fees associated with refused international orders will be deducted from the customers refund.
For all APO/FPO orders, please note:
Pet Krewe will ship to most Armed Forces addresses. These shipments are always sent USPS, and cannot be shipped with Express mail. Pet Krewe has no control over transit times for these orders due to customs and military mail procedures.
Pet Krewe sends all shipments out with a tracking and/or delivery confirmation number. Please check your order confirmation email after ordering your product for this information.
Pet Krewe does not claim any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier shows a package has been delivered, complaints should be directed to the carrier. Please reference the tracking number that was emailed to you in your shipment confirmation.
